Sample: Building Survey Report

Building Surveys provide professional advice on property and construction, detailed and presented in our own prescribed format, often bespoke to cater for the individual clients’ needs.

The report, together with photographs will identify defects and advise on repair and maintenance options.

You are able to speak to the actual Surveyor carrying out your Survey before the inspection. You may have issues or concerns which you would like the Surveyor to consider and pay specific attention to in your report.

If you would like to meet with the Surveyor on site during his inspection, you will be able to arrange this. Just ask.

Once you receive your report, you are most welcome and are encouraged to call the Surveyor so that you may fully understand its’ contents, so you are best placed and fully informed. This will assist you in your decision making process.
