Graham Fitt Surveyors are an RICS Chartered practice with over 20 years experience in London and the home counties who can provide the full range of home surveys including Building Surveys for both residential and commercial properties, Homebuyer Reports, Diagnosis of Defects and Valuations. We offer a personalised service and aim to be flexible and to provide you with a rapid service tailored around you specific requirements.

We are experienced party wall surveyors and we can deal with all the party wall matters whether you or your neighbour is undertaking construction work. We can advise you on all requirements to comply with the Party Wall Act 1996, including when to serve party wall notices, the preparation of the Awards, time scales and other general advice on matters concerning construction and neighbour issues. Donald Fitt is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

We are also RICS Accredited Valuers and can provide valuations for taxation, matrimonial, probate, and retrospective purposes.

Other areas we cover include dilapidations either acting on behalf of the freeholder or the lessee for the negotiation of interim and terminal schedules of dilapidations. We can prepare schedules of condition to limit your liability when you are acquiring a leasehold property.

Donald Fitt

Donald has considerable experience in providing Building Surveys, Home Buyer Reports, residential Valuations, Party Wall Awards for a wide range of commercial and residential clients gained over a career starting from project management of building contracts before mainly concentrating on building surveys.

Donald was elected as an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1987. He was elected as a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors in 2009. He is a certified member of the RICS Valuation Scheme. Donald is a keen tennis player.

David Graham

MRICS Dip Est Man

David was elected as an Associate Member of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers, 12 April 1990. He was elected as an Associated Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors 1st January 2000. A Certified member of the RICS Valuation Registration Scheme.

David is experienced in a wide variety of fields, including preparation of Residential Valuations "Red Book" Valuations, Capital Gains Tax Valuations, Insurance Valuations, Homebuyer Reports, Habitation Reports and other associated work.

Paul Spelzini

MRICS , FB Eng

Paul was elected as an Associate of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1989. He was elected as a member of the Association of Building Engineers in 1989 and later became a Fellow in 2004, and subsequently was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers in 2014.

Paul has been dealing with party wall matters since 2000 is also a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club. He has been a Registered Valuer since 2013. He carries out a full range of surveys including; building surveys, homebuyer, valuations and specific defect surveys for structural movement, damp etc.

Paul is also an author, plus a leading UK flight archer and senior station adopter for the Abbey Line Community Rail Partnership.

Joseph Kelly

Dip Hi

Joseph is a Government registered Home inspector (Dip Hi, 2008) and a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). He is currently a member of the - Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA).

Joseph is in the process of applying for direct entry to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as an Associate member (AssocRICS).

Joseph is experienced in all aspects of Residential Surveying, including preparation of Home Condition Reports (HCR), Home Buyer Reports (HBR) and Building Surveys.

Tabitha Ango

Office Manager

Tabitha has a Law and accounting background and has worked in the industry for more than ten years.

As well as overseeing the smooth running of the administration/accounts systems, Tabitha prides herself in helping clients through the process of choosing and booking the right surveys for their needs.

Tabitha is a keen jogger and hiker and regularly participants in the Park Runs.

She enjoys a good cheesy crime thriller!
